Next Novel In Progress: Victoria’s Quest for Redemption

This novel is a little less than half done. I’m talking about it now because I’m feeling really good about how this story is turning out. She isn’t some standard lady who is given a destiny driven story to follow. Nothing so trivial.

Victoria is a well established immortal Goddess of Light who is tricked into discarding her divinity, which makes her mortal. For a certain Dark Lord, this is perfect in establishing his domain on her world, setting her up to be killed by the very humans she previously ruled over.

Needing help to use the rules imposed upon mortals to resist the gods, she assembles her dedicated team to combat the evil Dark Lord named Kruger, to restore the Light to her world.

Typically, a good versus evil story ends up with good winning, or for some twisted authors who like a different outcome, evil can win.

For this particular novel, good nor evil will win in this story line. Nope, that is not how things happen realistically. In the end, she… wait. No. I’m not telling!

Buy the novel when it releases. Find out by experiencing the adventure for yourself!

Seriously, when you know good or evil wins in the end, most stories become easy to guess how it’s going to read. You might feel the story has little or no really enjoyable surprises. The journey becomes anticipated. Expected. Where’s the fun in that, right?

Well, I’m writing this a bit differently. Things will NOT go as expected. This story will never be anticipated. You will not be saying, “I knew that was going to happen!” In fact, this story is going to be so lopsided, filled with dark comedy with a pinch of white pepper, it’ll surprise you.

What? You thought for a split second I was going to say ‘with a pinch of salt’? Sorry, nope. Salt is expected, white pepper is never expected in that cliche! A pinch of white pepper can be epic, and if you ever cooked with that wicked stuff, look out, the flavor is unique and highly desirable!

Which is how I’m writing this one. Unique and highly desirable! When it releases in retail markets, I’ll make the announcement. And YES, I do have my work edited and spell checked. I promise to never publish word salad or first grade badly spelled garbage.

Never Ever! So get ready for an adventure you’ll soon never forget, where the Protagonist is a woman of strength, and her much needed quest will not end up in some stupid romance.

I PROMISE!
